We have taken every care in the preparation of the content of our site. However, we will not be responsible for any errors or omissions, or for any technical problems you may experience with our site. If we are informed of any inaccuracies in the content on our site, we will attempt to correct this as soon as we reasonably can. We shall have no obligation, duty or liability whatsoever in contract, tort (including negligence, breach of statutory duty and any other tort) or otherwise, save as expressly provided in these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts our liability for fraudulent misrepresentation or for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence. We will not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations under these Terms caused by matters beyond our reasonable control.

You agree to indemnify us fully, defend and hold us, and our officers, directors, employees and agents, harmless from and against all claims, liability, damages, losses, costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of any breach of the Terms by you, your access and use of the Website, Discount Vouchers, Cashback, Discounts or eGifts, the provisions of this section shall survive the termination or expiry of these Terms.

Spenderoo and/or its licensors are the sole owners or the licensee of all trademarks, and all other marks, softwares, trade names, brand names, business names, illustrations, images, logos, registered or unregistered designs, copyrights, and other intellectual property rights which appear on our site and in the material published on it.

You may use these rights and the material solely for the purpose of using our site in accordance with these Terms of Use. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, download, post, broadcast, transmit, make available to any non-member, or otherwise use any content on our site in any way except for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any unauthorised use of any of the Spenderoo Services will terminate your Membership granted by us.

5. Third Party Links on our site

We have no control over the contents of sites, or resources, which are linked from our site and provided or operated by third parties. We would always advise, reading the third party’s Terms and Conditions, before using their site.

6. Severability

If any of these Terms of Use is held to be invalid, such provision will be struck out, and the remaining Terms will continue to be valid to the fullest extent permitted by law. Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision.

7. Governing law

You agree that these terms of service or any claim, dispute or controversy between you and Spenderoo arising from or relating to these Terms of Service, their interpretation or breach, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Although, we retain the right to bring proceedings against you for a breach of These Terms of Use in your country of residence or any other relevant country.

8. Membership

Your Membership of Spenderoo is for 12 months starting on the date stated on your introductory email. The annual cost of this membership is £180 payable in 12 monthly instalments of £15. You may be offered an introductory discount which will have been explained to you at the point of sale and confirmed in your welcome email. You may cancel your Membership at any time during the first four weeks with no further obligation or cost by notifying us via email to: cancel@spenderoo.co.uk or by phone to 0203 978 8666. We will confirm via email that your instructions have been received so please do not assume this to be the case unless you have received this email. If you do not cancel during the first four weeks, we will assume you wish to continue with an annual Membership and we will automatically collect payments using the payment details you supplied. Likewise, your Membership will automatically renew on the anniversary unless you cancel beforehand. Please allow a minimum of three working days prior to renewal to cancel your Membership. We can not guarantee to cancel payment collections received with shorter notice.

9. Discounts and Cashback

The various discounts, discount vouchers, cashback, e-coupons and eGifts are all subject to change on a regular basis, both upwards and down. We do not guarantee any of the amounts, nor the accuracy of our website or app, nor that of any third-party supplier. We accept no liability for restricted access preventing use of our services and discounts due to website maintenance, poor internet connection, excessive web traffic, device non-compatibility or general faults or problems of any kind by us or our third-party suppliers.
